Born and raised in Connecticut, Stephanie spent nearly five years living in New York City before relocating to Darien with her husband and young daughter. Stephanie has an understanding of the importance of a seamless home buying experience, and a natural eye for design to reveal a home’s true potential. Having extensively renovated her own Darien home, she understands all aspects of the construction and design process, from gut renovations to cosmetic changes. Stephanie commits to acting as her clients’ consultant, negotiator, analyst, and listing and marketing expert to help them obtain their dream home or sell their home with ease.Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Stephanie spent 10 years in the residential insurance industry and has experience estimating property values and accurate pricing through data analytics while being recognized as a top performer for her negotiation skills and quality customer experience. She prides herself on her high level of communication and ensures she is always available for her clients. She looks forward to helping her clients sell their home or find their place in the CT suburbs that she is so passionate about. She is a good source to help you get involved in your community as she is the Co-Chair of YWCA Newcomers Club committee, and a member of the Darien Chamber of Commerce. On a personal note, Stephanie enjoys exploring local parks and beaches with her family and French Bulldog, cooking, reading, and interior design.
